STAY CLEAR! (ZERO STARS) I would seriously question anyone who has given this company a positive review. The initial estimate process was seamless and professional. It was downhill from there. 1.) They drilled dozens of holes through my ceiling on the pool deck because they missed all the cross beams when attaching the roof. (How this got past permitting is beyond me) 2.) They were told to replace all the fascia and instead cut out 12" areas and replaced only those pieces and then corrected it by filling it in with caulk (it looks horrible). 3.) Allowed pieces of roofing tiles to fall in pool which clogged and burned up our pool pump. 4.) Left roof debris, nails and screws throughout our yard. 5.) Our house was completed repainted after the roof repair. Due to their lack of workmanship, we have tar bleed across the entire back of our home, which has stained all of the new paint, the new flashing and the pool deck. All of this costing us thousands in repairs. Just to reinforce the lack of integrity in the company, they are attempting to take me to small claims court for $1,489. PLEASE contact me before considering using this company.

Great service, nice accommodating workers. The price was fair, not cheap but reasonable. After service was completed they returned to see if I was satisfied. I asked them to change one of the roof tiles for color consistency and it was done the same day.

I had my roof replaced last year April 11th 2017. On April 18th 2017 I had asked for a FINAL bill, after speaking to the accounting/ finance department they sent over the final bill, which I gladly agreed upon the amount and paid. Now YESTERDAY mind you it's July 5th 2018!! I received an email stating that I now owed a bill for $1, 267? Really??? for what I wondered ?? So I inquired with a phone call, the collection department stated that THEY " Kelly's Roofing" was audited by an outside Accounting firm They found some invoices that were not processed? REALLY they are now trying to collect $$$$ when clearly the error was within their Employees or Supervisors not managing the invoices properly. Well they will NOT get one single penny from me. If they came to me last April or even in May of 2017 and stated they screwed up on billing I would understand but 15 months later.. I think not! A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I was charged $900 for emergency roof repair. The repair involved nailing tar paper to 2 areas of the roof and the entire repair took about 30 mins. So, I was charged almost $1,000 for 30 mins of labor. I have a written estimate from a second roofer who would have charged considerably less for the same type of repair. I have repeatedly tried to contact Kelly Roofing for an explanation of the charges and not one single reply. As a consumer I have a right to see an itemized invoice showing cost of material and labor. How can a company charge a credit card and not provide any documentation - no invoice, no sales slip, no explanation. How can a company refuse to answer e-mails from a customer that they just charged $900??
