This contractor is the best. I have had various house projects both inside and outside the building all completed to perfection. They are knowledgeable in all areas and if not licensed for a particular job will employ a person or company that is for the particular project under renovation I have hired them for a bathroom renovation, new floor installation as well as an overhaul of an office extension at the back of the house, among other small items such as lighting replacements, bell installation etc. I lost a few roof shingles which they replaced, a wooden enclosure in the back yard and the floor of a deck replaced all to my complete satisfaction. One other thing I find very satisfying, when they leave the area/areas worked on are all clean of all debris with no scraps or pieces of old materials left for the homeowner to dispose of.
