We had soffit installed this spring to address a condensation issue in our attic. The soffit itself looks fine but we were oversold on its necessity. We could have added baffles that aligned with the venting in our wood soffit and been further ahead. They moved our downspout exposing a faded, unpainted line behind the old one and chipped our painted wood siding in the process. It would have looked significantly better to leave it in the same place. When I called I was told that it improved the function of the downspout as if water flows downhill better six inches to the right and that I should have asked the worker to move it as if I'm their foreman and have to monitor common sense. In addition, I had to clean up up chips of wood and metal left behind on all sides of our house. I would not recommend this company.

We just had our soffits, fascia and eaves replaced by Big 5 and they did an amazing job! The workers were very well qualified and the house looks so great now. I highly recommend using this company as they focused on customer service, were honest and kept the pricing as per the original quote.

We went with this company after speaking with Al. Who gave us a quote that came in more reasonable then the other 6 companies we had quotes from. We are more then pleased with the professionalism of the whole team....Al, Derek, and Brian - the team member that did the siding, as well as Allan and Jordan who did the eves troughs. Big5 did an awesome job of replacing our 25 year old gutter system. They were very polite, professional and friendly and answered all questions promptly. Derek was great to deal with through the office and we were very pleased with Brian's work on site. Big 5 came to our house on very short notice on a very busy day to look at a leaky window. Other companies we contacted on this particular day wouldn't answer or return my calls. We received a fair quote in a short time frame and were very well informed of our job's progress along the way. Our new window looks great and the installation was efficient. We will use Big 5 again and we would recommend them to others.
