I don't know why this company is still open. it should be shut down asap!! No wonder it has bad reviews. They don't know what customer service is! My sister got her roof done here, and they did such a bad job. She was so stressed because of this awful company.

Still owes contractors money for work done. He doesnt know much about exteriors and its evident when he explains them but blames it on his poor English. He will rarely sticks to the quoted price or cuts corners for more profit. One of the reviews is from his brother and business partner Kwasi I bet the other decent reviews are the same. Garbage garbage garbage stay away and use professionals.

the guy scams people by not puting paper on the roof he orders 1 roll and when his guys are short material he makes them shingle on top of plywood without paper he reuses vents plumbing boots uses the worst shingles.also he uses black felt for valleys instead of ice and water .his extremly cheap dont use his company and his a total scammer dosnt pay his subcrews on time and ripes them off i know this cause i did a few roofs for quami. ya the truth about your garbage company is now out there thanks Richard.his just there to rip you off the only reason home owners think his crews do a good job is cause homeowners arent proffesional. get your roof inspected by merkatt roofing after u use his company . and quami by the way stop being so cheap give people what they pay for,and not rip them off shorten the roof on material like your bottom off the roofing crews to me and i hope home owners think twice before using you

I had my roof done recently and couldn't have asked for a better crew to do it. They were professional and did a stellar job. It was nice working with a company that cares both about the customer and doing a good job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Element Exterior did a substandard job on the siding and never repaired it. The roofing took much longer than necessary. The yard was a mess and we had to call them to come clean it up and the garbage was overflowing from the bin onto the driveway. Nails and screws are still present on the lawn. Larry was difficult to work with and ultimately we chose not to have them finish the job, but to go elsewhere to complete the work. I do NOT recommend this company for any exterior work to be done.
