Our family home in Vancouver was built in the 1920s and since the 1990s, Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains have upgraded our drainage system, mainline plumbing and various roofing projects. At the present time (2018), we have no water leaks in the basement and the roof structures are still good. We are fortunate to have this company take good care of our old home. My sanitary sewer line plugged during the downpour in October 2017. KR&D came to the rescue and implemented a temporary fix in very short order to allow us to continue to live in the house while they went on with the permanent fix. KR&D replaced the rotten sewer line from my house to the street and at the same time replaced the clean water line from the street to my house. I was impressed with how efficiently they did all the work in bad weather and without mechanical machinery. I am very happy to recommend KR&D.
