Phill reroofed my 1912 house in Oak Bay several years ago - three layers of old tiles plus a tree growing tight into it. Did a great job and great clean up. A few years after I noticed a piece of flashing had blown off after a big windstorm. I called him and he had a crew there to fix it that afternoon. Good job and good service in an industry that doesn’t have an always good rep. I trust him. I have a new house now and will be calling him to roof it.

Phil Smith Roofing re-roofed our house; did a great job. What I want to rave about is I thought they forgot to clean the gutters and that's why the gutters are overflowing just now in the heavy rain. Phil came out, and discovered it's our downspout that was clogged with leaves etc and cleared it for us without charge. This A+ is my books.

Terrible. Our neighbours used them and they dropped tar on our car hood. It left permanent marks. Phil denied responsibility, failed to show up to look at the car when he said he would, and told my husband he wouldn't pay the minimal $250 fee to repaint the hood and he would have to "sue him" and "he'd been through it before" and "you'll have to prove it" and that he was "laughable". Our neighbours just told us today another car was damaged.
