After developing leaks in my old roof the time had come to look for a replacement. After a long search and several quotes that were up to twice as expensive I was very happy to find Century Roofing. The company has a top record with Better Business Bureau, WCB insurance and is Red Seal certified. They also have a follow up warranty and maintenance check. I had a difficult time finding the right company as I wanted to change from battered metal roofing to the latest fiberglass Malarkey Legacy shingles. It also had to include new plywood, fascia, barge boards and gutters, not a lot of companies wanted to get the whole project. It started with the quirky but friendly estimator Jim that went the extra mile by coming to the house at least 3 times with samples and info. It continued by accepting a very reasonable and fair estimate and contract. I also was very happy to get the quality materials I requested. The work went very well and in a timely manner considering the 3 skylights that had to have the proper flashing and all the other extras. Tony and the crew did an excellent job, he went above and beyond and clearly takes pride in his workmanship. The daily cleanup was good and the site was left very clean upon completion. I have been very happy with the result. If anyone would want to see how Malarkey Legacy in Midnight Black with new fascia looks, Tony can facilitate to view the roof.
