This "company" is a joke. It is listed as a 24-hour company. I called late on a Monday night to request a LEAK REPAIR estimate. The man who answered made it sound like he was doing me a favor just by taking my information. He told me someone would get back with to schedule a time for the estimate in 1-2 days, definitely by Thursday. A week later, after hearing nothing, a get an estimate for a complete roof replacement in the mail. Congratulations Lambert Roofing, your employees are complete idiots.

what a joke, ive been waiting three weeks for a written estimate. eveytime i call to check on it, they say they will check the address when they get back to the office and have it to me right away. still dont have my estimate. i guess the roof was too big for them or they dont want to work. either way on to the next one
