More than satisfied in our selection of Susan McCarthy for our roofing contractor!!! Her work crew lead by Pablo was very hard working, thorough, polite, and efficient. The entire roof was completed in two days from start to finish and on top of that, her prices were fair and competitive.

Excellent roofing contractor her attention to detail to provide a beautiful roof added with constant communication make the roof replacement process a delight to work with I highly recommend her and her company!! Great job 👍

After calling numerous roofers in the area with no help or barely listening to my issue, I called Smith Roofing... From the second Susan answered the phone, I was so impressed with her professionalism and caring demeanor...! She went way above and beyond to help my mom Pamela who was in a bind with her roof... Susan's knowledge of the permitting system, and contacts of the people I needed to talk to were so helpful to us...! I can't thank her enough for her time...! I would give them 1000 stars if I I could, and will be referring them to everyone...!

I wish I can leave zero stars for this company! I waited for a scheduled meeting and they were a no show! No response from them either. I called to see where they were at with no response either. They don't even have the respect to call and say they won't make it or even try to get in touch with me about not showing up. I called and was sent to voicemail. I left several messages to call me back as to where they were since I've been waiting at home all morning with a no show! I especially moved my schedule around for this appointment. This is bad business and will be looking for a better respectable company. Just FYI it was going to be a $22,000 job.

Had appointment for Friday. No show or call. Guess they don’t need the business.
