It’s almost coming to year since Avalon has taken the contract for my flat roof so many dates not one was met promised it will be done in 2 weeks that’s a long 2 weeks I’m wondering his fortnight is probably 2 years I’ve paid deposit to him which I will have to go through small claims court to get back dreadfull service doesn’t return calls doesn’t answer a nightmare company avoid at all cost not happy at all

Absolute cowboy - won’t acknowledge any negative feedback. Has blocked me on his Facebook page, deleted every comment and is pretending that he does a good job when in reality he’s the worst sort of conman. Promising the earth & delivering very little. My roof has been unstable from day 1, has leaked several times and has today been ripped off because the most basic elements of fitting a fibreglass roof weren’t followed.

Initially I had arranged for Avalon to install a flat roof to clear the debt he owed my company which equated to being 11 months overdue and a debt of £1500. 3 months later and after lots of chasing they arrived on site and stripped the old roof saying that they will be back the next day to finish. They did not turn up the next day and only came back to fix the temporary roof because it was leaking and ruining internal paintwork and electrics. Three and a half weeks later the roof still has not been completed despite lots of promises and very little action. Therefore I have decided to get another company in. I do not have any confidence in having any recourse if the installation did not go as planned. Should I really be dealing with a company that does not pay it's suppliers and because of what I do which is design websites and get them found in Google be party to such poor service.

Roof being replaced after 5 years - so much for the 15 year guarantee. Did a runner from Taunton as local building merchants and customers knew what a con artist this man was. If I could score him 0 Stars I would. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS MAN

This is the second roof Adam has finished in GRP for me. Yet again flawless.. He's friendly and professional and the finished product is first class.. Happy to recommend. Thanks again Adam.
