Like another customer stated, I would give Advanced Roof Technology (ART) zero stars if I could..! Over many decades I've dealt with contractors ranging from small jobs to 100+ million dollar projects and seen my fair share of sweet talkers, etc.., and I should have paid heed to my gut feeling and some reviews but, unfortunately didn't. MY MISTAKE... I'm not going to waste my time getting into the details of my dealings with this "company" other than to say that they have the worst customer service of any company that I have dealt with and act as if they're doing you a favor..! You have been forewarned -- don't do business with them -- or you'll regret it..!

They came earlier than estimated, the job was done quickly, and they were flexible with their pricing. After the job was done, they made a point of letting me know about some other unrelated issues they saw. This company definitely cares about their customers and I would use them again.

I would give this company zero starts if that were an option. Signed a contract last summer - promised September installation. Still waiting (now mid Jan) - they apparently put their hurricane work in front of our project. Nothing but lies, unreturned phone calls, song and dance. Meanwhile our leaking roof continues to damage our condo units. Best advice: try someone else.

ART was renovating our roof here at work for a couple years. I gave them a PO for additional work. It has been over a year and they have not yet done the work. They say it will be done by X month but no show. This company is not reliable and does not do what they say.
