Great overall experience, from the first meeting with Kevin to the weekly communications with Gigi they were professional, responsible and provided outstanding customer service. During the process there was an issue with the tile company and Tiger Roofing (Gary) stepped up and remedied the issue fairly and quickly to our satisfaction. If you're looking for a roofing company look no further.

Excellent experience! They handled everything from A to Z, delivered as promised. They were punctual and worked quickly when on site. All the workers were very friendly and courteous. Our roof looks spectacular! Highly recommend!

Just called the Tiger Team after my neighbor got a new roof installed by them. I have a leak to be fixed and have an insurance adjuster working with my insurance company for a new roof. Call and told them I also have a new roof being added to my house for an out door kitchen that all it needs is the tile and paper installed. Tiger Team response; "We don't do new roofs". Explained I didn't need it built just a the paper and tiles installed. She put me on hold and came back and said "sorry we won't put on roofing on a new roof". Oh well the timid Tiger Team lost a pretty big sale. Try Rocky's Roofing. They will at least give you a quote.

After receiving countless quotes for a new roof for our property, and never quite getting the real answers we were looking for, we can say that Tiger Team came through for us in a big way. Not only did they answer ALL of our questions regarding our price quote, their team of roofers did an exceptional job from start to finish. They even gave us the best time of completion quote of anyone we interviewed and they did not dissapoint. The process was seamless and the team worked like, well, a TEAM! We will definitely use Tiger Team in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest roofing company in south Florida.

My wife and I bought our house after the owner at the time had the roof replaced by Tiger Team. I called them last year indicating we believed we had a minor roof leak and they had the owner come out personally and indicated to watch for any future issues and if there were any moving forward to give him a call directly. Well that leads me up to last week. Mike came out again to check out our issue and he had his team of professionals come out immediately to fix everything . His team even took photos of all the work and explained in detail to my wife and I of what they did to make sure everything was fixed 100% to our satisfaction. It is such a pleasure dealing with Tiger Team Roofing. Although we had no direct experience with them in the installation of the roof they treated my wife and I as though we were family. I knew I was in good hand when the owner of the company makes it a point to check out any issues himself. Very hard to find that in today's world. We are glad to have found a company that we can recommend to friends and family and should we need their services in the future they will be our first call.
