As a commercial estate agents it can always be a bit of a hassle finding good quality, and reliable contractors. GUD can always sort the issues our Tenants report to us, and if they cant help themselves, they usually know someone who can. Always a good job, and the Tenants always report back to us happy with the work. Would highly recommend!

I could not recommend Patrick highly enough. He came round to look at my roof the next day after calling him. He took pictures of my roof and explained everything that needed doing to the roof. He then came back the following day and completed the work. Very professional, great service.
