We had a great experience with Buchanan Services LLC! From the very beginning they were always very easy to reach. Frank came when he said he would to assess our current roof and give us a quote. He went above and beyond during that first visit. He climbed into my attic to look around and answer some questions I had. Julie in the office was so polite and professional every time we contacted her. She always responded very quickly. We decided to use Buchanan Services due to their professional manner and reasonable price. We had a date to start the roof however, the weather didn’t work in our favor. It rained for a few days straight. As soon as the rain stopped, I received a call that they were starting. The foreman was very professional when the crew arrived which made me feel very comfortable. The crew worked very quickly and the new roof looks great. Overall, the work was excellent, they cleaned up everything as promised, and everyone was very professional. We would highly recommend Buchanan Services to anyone!!!
