Our roof is fabulous! We worked with Kristine Kuhar. We found her to be very professional, knowledgeable about the industry and wonderful to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way and was on the job site every day to make sure everything was going according to schedule. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Kudos to Kristine and the K. Simon crew!

K.Simon did an exceptional job replacing our roof after Irma. Gene Few was the project manager. He kept us informed, worked well with our insurer, and kept the project going in a timely fashion. Overall the work and clean-up were excellent. I've seen other homes with the membrane exposed for a period of time, and tiles sitting in driveways. None of that occurred with us. Roof was taken off on Friday, tiles delivered on Monday, and new roof installed by Thursday. Looks beautiful. Ask for Gene!!!

K Simon Construction did an outstanding job in reroofing our home. The project manager, Andrew Mauro, was particularly helpful and worked with us each step of the way. Admittedly we were constantly asking questions throughout the process but I have to say that Andrew politely and completely answered every single question. It was a very pleasant experience indeed.
