I was very happy with the work on our 1940s adobe house. John Schimon and his crew worked during the hottest week of the year and finished before the summer rains started. They didn't need the electrical conduits moved that another adobe guy asked for before he'd start. This alone saved us several weeks and thousands of extra dollars.
