The installer did not communicate with us at all unless we started the conversation. To his credit when Barry pointed out some problems he did work to correct some of the issues. When he was finished he just left without telling us he was done. There were still some unresolved issues with his work but we thought they would be addressed when the company contacted us to review our satisfaction with the job. That did not happen as our next communication was with the salesperson who notified that we had an "outstanding" balance due. Still no offer to come look at the workmanship in spite of our complaint. We paid the bill and while we love our enclosure we feel that the company just does not care about the consumers satisfaction wit the workmanship involved. Great product, poor workmanship and a company that seems to not care enough to come out and look at the finished job. Very disappointed in the company which means we will most likely not use them again without some further resolution of our problem.

Amazing company! They do an excellent job and are kind as well as professional. They care about the community and the satisfaction of their customers. They replaced some windows at my house and went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with their work and will call them the next time I need something done at my house!

Installed hurricane shutters on our home. Very happy with the end product. The installation was done in a professional manner with great care taken to protect our landscaping. Careful detailed information regarding the finished product and how to use the shutters were given both verbally and by demonstration. Would recommend this company

I recently chose Blackshears to Screen in my garage door opening. I have always heard that they are the best in the area so after checking prices the choice was clear. From my first interactions with their professional sales consultant, Mike Richards, right through to the fantastic installation every single phase of the project far exceeded my expectations. They are knowledgable, courteous, priced right and extremely professional.

Did a bad job on our screen door installation. In general overpriced. Used non-standard parts, so it is hard to find if anything needs to be replaced and can only be found at their store. The people doing the installation had a very poor attitude.
