Paul is excellent. In my experience with him over the last two years, he has always responded quickly and he has been a pleasure to work with. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and produce quality results. I will need to be replacing a large portion of my old roof in the near future and I can assure you that Paul will be the first person that I will call.

PDG Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. It looks great and Paul was very friendly and easy to work with. It was worth the wait as they are very busy because they do quality work. Be patient, it will be worth the wait.

On 4/14/18 I signed and entered into a Sales Contract agreement with PDG Roofing LLC, and tendered my personal check for the required 50% downpayment. The Contract stipulated a 6-8 installation, no later than 6/15/18. After about 3 weeks, with no communication from PDG Roofing regarding my roofing job status, I contacted them to inquire why my check had not yet been cashed. I was told that my check was "in the safe" and would not be cashed until they were ready to order materials and begin work on my job. Okay - fine - this should've been told to me from the outset, but okay... now I know. A few more weeks went by with no communication from PDG, so I called and left a voicemail message inquiring as to the status of scheduling the roofing job. No call back. Again, a week or so later, I called and left another voicemail message. No call back. I called again, this time late in the day, and spoke with Paul Garner, the owner. He explained that they were behind due to the bad weather, etc., and I accepted that explanation - he told me that they would be able to get to my job within a couple of weeks. Time went by again, and I left another voicemail message - this time Mr. Garner called me back and assured me they would get my job started soon. I expressed great concern, because by this time I had significant damage to my wood underlayment and fascia, and I told Mr. Garner my roof really needed to be replaced sooner rather than later. Again, he said they would get it scheduled quickly. Another period time went by, and I called a final time at 8am on 7/09/18 and Mr. Garner said he would check into the status and call me back... he never called back so, at 5:15pm on 7/09/18, I left a voicemail message saying that I was going to assume that they had no interest in fulfilling the terms of the contract and that I would consider the contract VOID unless I heard back from him soon, and that I would place a stop-payment on the check. I never heard anything back from Mr. Garner (or anyone on behalf of PDG Roofing), so apparently they do not care to fulfill their contractual obligations to their customers, nor do they care to effectively communicate with customers or appropriately manage their contractual workload.

Paul and his crew were wonderful! We had a garage roof leak on a Saturday. Called 4 other companies. PDG Roofing was only company willing to come out on a Saturday. Did a quick patch, then returned on Wednesday to repair the roof. They were very efficient and very reasonable pricing. Personable, professional, efficient service! Will use again if we ever need to.
