I don’t know how anybody could consider this company worth hiring. From the rude Deanna & Lorell who HANG UP ON YOU and after that feel it’s ok to say “I will talk to you any way I want” while denying someone who is asking to speak with a manager, to the workers who are unprofessional, leave debris & garbage on people’s property, speak about inappropriate subjects around kids and customers, and lay gutters practically on top of your vehicles why bother with that safety tape? How this company stays open and gets work is a poor reflection on the otherwise wonderful city of Colorado Springs.

I’d give negative stars if possible. Horrible experience with this roofing company. The crews they hire to do their work are slow and inconsistent. It took FIVE days to complete a roof of about 40 squares with a pitch of about 12 in some areas. They take major safety risks and OSHA should be “checking” in on them soon. No harnesses were used during my roof being completed. They throw perfectly fine shingles straight from the roof causing a manufacturing warranty to possible void due to the integrity of the shingle being compromised. But you wouldn’t know that unless you watched them work. The GAF synthetic underlayment they use is designed for steep pitches but they do not get the underlayment to the edge and properly laid under the drip edge and d style metals along the perimeter. As you can tell I am very well versed in the roofing industry and have worked with and for some of the top roofing companies in Colorado and this is NOT ONE OF THEM!! I will be writing a former letter to have this company reviewed and I pray they are not chosen again. Also would like to mention that three of my vehicles all got a flat tire while they have been doing construction on our property since OCTOBER! One vehicle had two flats. UNACCEPTABLE!

I used them a few times. They've always done a very good job.
