I required a fair amount of interviewing roofing contractors to learn more of what was out there. Not only did he "school" me on the state of the art roofing products today, but he was patient and professional. I've been in sales all of my life and I could recognize the typical "con" of overcharging and other non-impressive tactics which I experienced with some of the other vendors. I was able to decide what was necessary and what was not. One of the other vendors only showed me 3 color choices, (I'm sure that was what he had most of on hand), while Jay showed me the official sample book which had over 12 color choices/designs. Offering a pile of discounts from that other vendor, (made to look as if I was saving so much $), Jay simply had a formula that was thousands under the other 3 vendors. I decided to call my very honest plumber who referred me to Jay, and that allowed me to contact Jay as a last chance effort!
