Called for a quote to have a metal roof installed. Was told they would send someone out and the would call back regarding their availability. Weeks go by and never received any communication from them. Today, some guy with no marking or identification is knocking on my back door...says he's from wozniak. No call or heads up at all. After sending him on his way for his professionalism, come to find out he's parked in the middle of my front yard and on my septic?!? The office woman (who is amazing) stated he is someone they use for quotes. I'm giving two stars for the unprofessional way this guy (still don't know who he is) presented himself and the company. I can't attest to the quality of their work since I won't be doing business with them. Please address this issue with your team who goes out and gives quotes. At a minimum, maybe call the customer a few days in advance to even see if they will be home.

quoted a figure then added another $1500 when finished. we couldn`t do anything about since we didn`t have anything in writing. do not trust this self professed CHRISTIAN.
