Had Clark Roofing put a new roof on and they did amazing. Top quality, they did my neighbor and i am so happy they referred me.
Avoid this deceptive company at all cost. I should have posted this several months ago but I've been busy with family things I can't tell you how sorry I am for ever going to work for this company. Dale is an absolute control freak oh, he wants you to be a 1099 contractor so he doesn't have to pay any taxes or any health insurance on you but then he wants to tell you when and where and how you can do anything that's not how it works as a 1099 contractor. I sold a couple pretty good jobs for Dale and had Commission money coming but I've never seen that money. I've had to fight this guy tooth and nail all the way, with me being one always given in to just get along. but yet he demanded his truck door magnets back from me and every piece of paper that I had that said Clarks Roofing before he would pay me but them after that he still never paid me my commission money I had coming from the jobs that I brought. These were not his jobs he's were my jobs. Shame on him use this company at your own demise
Amazing company! Once they started they finished in a week! The workers keep your yard clean and also covers up your pool to make sure it stays debris free. Also picks up around, as in any nails. Dale & Meghan are super sweet and attentive! I have had bad luck with roofing companies and Clark Roofing makes you feel like family! I definitely, 100% recommend using them!!
2 months ago I bought a house, and when the Insurance company came to inspect it. They found anomalies on parts of the roof (uneven), I contacted the roofing company since the roof was just replaced on October 2017, but they declined any responsibility (after inspecting the house) because they have a clause in their contract that the warranty is not transferable. I have to pay a different roofing company to fix part of the damage. To my surprise, severe damage was found, a hole in the plywood cover with some kind of a plastic bag and painted over with some kind of sealant. In conclusion, 1. Be careful with the warranty. Its not transferable. 2. Definitely, a terrible company policy, not to hold themselves responsible for something that they did a year an a half ago
Check the air conditioning for the company
