They answer the phone with a generic "roofing company". I suspect Alex the Roofer is just one of many names they use. Looking more closely at the five start reviews, they all appear to be solicited. Their website also is boilerplate.

Fantastic work done from these roofers. I had a big soft mark on our roof and we had to change it. They recommended some things to extend the life of the new roof. Always prompt and professional work.

On holiday i called them. They came on the same day did a wonderful job on the roof. All the little hidden damages on the roof has been repaired by them and leaks were also fixed. The products they used while repairing was of great quality and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place.
