If you are in need of a roof repair, you need to call John at Affordable Roofing. I have a flat roof for a balcony that has been my nightmare since I bought this house 4 years ago. I have had 3 other companies come out to repair this balcony, and it still leaked inside my home. The first guy charged $9,500.00 and it caused major damage inside. On top of that, they went out of business. Tried another company, and they couldn't fix it. It kept leaking in different spots and they kept saying it wasn't related because they wanted to charge more money. $$$ Finally, after getting several other companies over for estimates and discussion what needed to be done, I called Affordable Roofing. John came out and immediately knew what needed to be done. Since it is a flat roof that is used as a balcony, the roof had several purposes. He told me that we needed to put a special product on the roof that would seal the roof against leaks and allow you to walk on it. I wasn't convinced of having a white roof due to the glare, but I went further. It hasn't leaked, they came out 2 weeks later to inspect for any openings, and I told John I wasn't happy with the glare. We agreed that a more muted color would work better for me, and he is going to change the color. Amazing!!!! No leaks, and a balcony (flat roof) that can be used. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. The other factor that I found that was extremely important, they are owned and operated for many years by an individual person, not a chain that just collects a paycheck. Thank you John and team.

John showed up on time for a roof repair quote, the estimate was fair, we agreed to have them do the work with a short turnaround time, they arrived on time and did a great job and the final price matched the estimate. I would hire again :)

Affordable Roofing is THE BEST !!! John put my roof on in 2004 after the hurricanes. I called recently for a small repair due to animals eating the lead off my roof stacks. I was called back right away in a timely manner. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME SOMEONE DID THAT ??? It was followed up by an estimate in two days in which he showed up ON TIME !! And two days later it was DONE also on time. Affordable Roofing is AFFORDABLE. DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE !!! I would not use any other roofer. John is a businessman that WANT'S to do business that's a pleasure to do business with. Plus he's a hoot !!!
