Update. My inspection failed. Serene does not Return my calls UT/ finish trim shall be installed to lock last cut piece of siding in place under windows, soffits. UT missing front porch and 2’ ft sidewall above front porch. 2. Install missing z-flash over trim at the top of front door. 3. Properly separate vertically stacked siding end laps per manufacturers specs right side elevation 2 places. End laps shall be separated vertically by 3 full panels. 4. J Channels shall be caulked to the exterior trim around window above front porch.5. Install J-Block trim piece and coach light front porch. Exposed electric wires in 1900 box.

It has been over a year since i gave my insurance check to a rep from Serene and they have not even started the project. It has been months since anyone has returned my call. Do not do business with Serene.

Fraud. It has been over a year they have not finished the work. Their emails do not work. I was told they left the company and now I need to contact my insurance because they cashed the checks and the work has not been completed.
