Do not use this company! Complete Sham. Ricky asked me to pay the final invoice before completing the work. I paid him the last $5,000 and then we haven't heard from him since. This was 7 months ago. He never returns my calls and I call/text him nearly every week to check the status. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will take this post down if they come complete the project but never will I use them again.

I cannot begin to tell you how professional everyone has been. From the salesman Tom, who came by several times, to the crew who completed my whole house in siding and stone. Last, but certainly not least, Ricky who is in charge of making sure everything is done correctly, is PHENOMENAL. Making sure every last detail is taken care of correctly, and even pitches in and does work himself (which I’m sure is not in his job description). Highly recommend WINDOW WORLD LOUISVILLE. C. From Tom Logsdon’s initial visit to the installation...it was an excellent experience. Professional. Friendly. Tom gave some great suggestions that made a huge difference. And the price is unbeatable. The installers were here all day and always cheerful. Very informative and again...professional. They even showed me how to clean my windows which was hilarious because I don’t do windows!

I have encountered car sales treatment from these people. The quality of workmanship has been poor at best. They offer a warranty but won’t follow up or return your calls. It’s always someone else’s problem in the office (vacations, hiring, etc)! I have purchased 12000 plus of product from these fine (underperforming) people and I encourage you to spend your money better elsewhere. By the way they have a race car. Pure class! Issues: - my 82 year old mother has a window that won’t stay up. She props it up with a garden brick. Sure hope she doesn’t get hurt! - have a window shot by a BB gun - have a basement window that has turned opaque I’ve been patient even after most windows won’t fold out for cleaning. They damaged brick work which I fixed but I still have a marble mantle that was broken by one of their kid installers. I also purchased a front door that won’t close if it rains. I requested a combination automatic locking front door. I have to enter a code to get in and a code to re lock it on the way out. I was told at installation techs that didn’t exist. I noticed that their 20 commercials a day have dried up, telling me that they may be having financial problems. Buyer beware! If they want to fulfill their obligations I will remove this review. We ordered windows and a door from Window World of Louisville in September. We were told at that time it would be 8-10 weeks so that was no problem. The windows were installed November 29, however, we were told that our door wouldn't be in until mid-December. After the windows were installed we called their office to address the fact that they made us pay in full even though the door still wasn't in or installed and that their technician damaged almost EVERY window frame in the process of removing the old windows. While the new windows do look amazing, the fact that there is damage that was not pointed out to us at the time the technician was here is terrible. It was agreed that when our door was installed the technician would be able to address our concerns with the damage. Well our door took over 2 weeks longer to come in. We were told on multiple occasions that a manager would be calling us to address our concerns. A manager has yet to contact us. The technician is finally here today installing our door and guess what??? NO ONE TOLD HIM ABOUT OUR DAMAGED WINDOW FRAMES!!!! So yet AGAIN we are stuck with damaged window frames and no resolution from this company on how they are going to correct this!! While their product is nice, their service is TERRIBLE!!!!! You have to leave multiple messages to get anyone to call you back and then when you do finally get someone one the phone they can't help you.
