Warning to all Seven bridges homeowners!!!! FREE ESTIMATE IS A BIG LIE. Patrick ,never even saw my roof, but was able to price it over the phone charging $1200 just for a service call. He claimed that his company is the only legitimate company in all of Florida and that the price included his travel time and gas....Are they taking a private jet? I wonder if his price includes a decent salary to all his migrant workers , who do all the work. With only 6 reviews in 25 years of business ??? This company is certainly not as worth the cost.

Todd and his crew did a great job. Everything was done as promised and done neatly. It did end up costing more than quoted so that is something I was somewhat prepared for just not quite as much.

Had to install push piers in my house for foundation issues. Excellent quality work. Very knowledgeable staff. Great to work with Todd Shawhan. I had estimates from several foundation repair contractors. Southern Coast is probably the best prices for foundation repairs in all of Florida.

They did a beautiful job of fixing the settlement on an addition the previous owners had added. Couldn't have asked for better work or a better result. Todd really knew what he was doing.
