Our new roof and siding project was professionally installed and the cleanup of the site was excellent. The project manager kept us informed and was always available to answer any questions. Kal has done numerous projects for us at our house in St. Paul, from big to small. His work is always fabulous. I especially appreciate the care he takes to make sure he knows what we want, and helps us to look at all our options. We were very pleased with Kal Construction and its renovation of our basement, third floor apartment, and installation of air conditioning throughout our 11,000 sq. ft. 1909 home on Summit Avenue in Saint Paul. The design work was performed by Merv Hough and his plan was executed by Kal Construction with remarkable quality and attention to detail. The work was completed on time. Kal has done two major home projects for us, a complete basement remodel and a screened-in outdoor patio with fireplace.
