I found out I needed a new roof when I had my gutters replaced. It wasn't leaking yet but the guttering guy said it needed to be replaced, so I started getting bids. I had gotten several bids when Steven Glaze from Paragon came out. He was different than the rest of the salesmen. He gave me a lot more information and he actually listened to me. The price wasn't the lowest bid I received, but it was pretty close. Steve worked hard to find me Energy Star shingles -- they aren't very available. The roofing crew worked professionally and quickly. They did an excellent clean-up job. When Steve found that I had a cracked beam he called me at work to keep me informed, took lots of pictures so that I could see what he was talking about, and took care of all the details. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
