Very dissatisfied with the customer service provided. Gustafson installed a new tile roof only 5 years ago and I already have leaks. When I initially called the company, I was within the warranty period, but they refused to honor their supposed commitment. Instead, they wanted to charge me for the repair. The company never sent anyone out to my home to inspect the leaks before sending me an estimate. When I attempted to contact them via email to both owner and son to explain that my roof damage had started prior to the hurricane, neither one responded to my email. Additionally, 5 years ago I was initially quoted $10,000 for a new roof (my house is only 1000 sq ft) but ended up paying them $17,000. When I questioned the difference, I was given a song and dance about it. Highly unethical people. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever!!!
