The whole experience was wonderful. The initial salesman was clear and concise about the process. He was able to schedule our treatment well within our time frame to sell the house. The team was on time, if not early, each day. They explained everything to us clearly each step of the way. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. They protected the carpeting in our home and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We would recommend them to anyone. This is the team in Henrietta, New York who did the work for us. I do not recommend Everdry. IN 2016 they failed to complete a job after we took out a loan to pay for the entire job , we pay it every month on time, Everdry never completed our job, never made arrangements to come by and do the work, and they never notified our city building inspector , now 3 years later we are being penalized by our building inspector for their errors. please pick another company

We had Everdry take care of our basement in 1993. We had a spring in our basement that kept part of our basement wet all the time. So we had everdry seal and waterproof the basement. We have 2 sump pumps in our basement. The warranty is fabulous. If you have a problem, most of the time they are out to your home the same day. We are so glad we found Everdry of Upstate N.Y. to take care our water problem. Thank you Everdry Jessica
