Very nice and professional people to work with! I asked for a quote on my gutters and it was competitive market price. I was quote within the day and guaranteed for three months. Very professional, except for not showing up to complete job on date arranged and not sending pictures of work requested when agreement made to do work. I have texted more than once and called. No response. I specifically asked also for one photo of a cracked vent on the roof he found when working on the gutters. I have someone coming to fix it and they would benefit from this information. He is difficult to get ahold of. I played phone tag with him prior to meeting, speaking the first time at the front door. I wondered if he was just too busy to do the work. Maybe he just needs a secretary to do schedule management and customer care. He's great on-site.
