This company did did work on a family property with a guarantee of 15 years. When the roof started leaking Soriano could not be reached in a timely manner. When I eventually talked to him, he said his roofing company had moved to another county. I am trying to reach back out to him to see if he will honor the guarantee (warranty). If not, I will have to get another contractor on the roof, which will void the guarantee.
