Quality construction. More importantly, builders with integrity that stand behind their work. Scott went out of his way to make sure we were happy and work was completed properly. No significant warranty issues with the actual home. However, there was a problem with the stain adhering to our concrete driveway. We had a one year builders warranty. Scott had our drive refinished 4 times over a 2 year period having the finish product company rep come out and assess. An additional overlay had to be applied and driveway restained. All of this was done at no cost to us. I cannot overstate how good these builders have been to work with.
