Hired K Simon to repair my home in Rockport after Harvey. The work they have done so far is good. Only problem is it is taking a long time to complete due to lack of skilled manpower in the area. We are 7 months into the project and still unable to move furnishings into the house due to interior mitigation not being completed.

His advice, support and attention to detail made my projects a joy to pursue. My father-in-law and uncle, both Hispanic, hard to please individuals were very delighted and left in awe after Mr. Kelly completed the work. From the original inspection to the day materials were delivered and the crew began to work; Mr. Kelly was on point. From his stories to the actual writing of the contrast Mr. Kelly was more than helpful. No question was unanswered, no phone call was dropped ever. The work K Simon crews performed was well done, clean and expeditious. Had an issue with one of the properties leaking during the rains, Mr Kelly came in with tarps to protect the property from further damage. Mr. Kelly was a great help and K Simon is that much stronger from having people like Mr. Kelly onboard. The office administration was admirable as well. Always kind, courteous and pleasant to speak with. Don't shop around anymore, K. Simon is the company to go-to. I truly feel like I have a friend in the construction business now. Anything I need for our properties, you can bet that you will see a K Simon truck parked in the driveway again. I am sure that Mr. Kelly will be back to provide the optimal services and clean, honest and correctly done work that makes K Simon out shine their competitors.
