Our representative, Scott, was wonderful. Everyone at Brink was professional and courteous. Our mortgage company was not the easiest to deal with in handling our claim after homeowners insurance paid for hurricane damage to roof and Angie and everyone at Brink worked tirelessly to make it as painless as possible for us. The work was completed on time and as promised, the crew cleaned up after themselves and left the yard and surrounding area as clean as they found it! I would definitely recommend Brink to anyone looking for a new roof.
We were in contact with Brink Rooking in December 2017....and unfortunately, we are STILL trying to finalize the details and paperwork with the roof replacement. I won't get into the nightmare of several employees I had dealt with, the misinformation I was provided with and the lack of care and customer service that led to a 6 month fiasco. I finally got to someone who actually wanted to help me resolve THEIR mistake and between Lee and Gavin, the roof replacement started. They were honestly a fresh breathe of air. It was finally replaced the first week of July. BTW, The roof looks fantastic...however, not a single Brink employee replaced it ...it was contracted out, which I was never aware of. Several weeks later I receive a Notice of Lien by said contracted roofer. I reached out to another employee (because both Lee and Gavin are gone by now, so we are yet in another persons hands) and he assured me it was automatically filed and they have been paid without checking a single record. I contacted their office about a week later to receive proof of said payment and was told by a young lady that she handles the payments and it was paid and would email it to me by close of business. That was August 17, 2018. Nothing. So...fast forward a week, we receive ANOTHER Notice of Lien. At this point, my patience is gone. Zilch. None left. I've been MORE than patient. I call again yesterday and politely demanded a call back regarding said proof of payment for the contracted roofers by close of business. More than reasonable, especially given the circumstances. Nothing. I call again this morning. She apologizes that I haven't heard from anyone and offers to leave yet another message. I insisted I hold. She then tells me there's not a SINGLE person in the office who can assist me, so I can't hold. I'm done. If this company does not contact me and/or send me the proof of payment within 24 hours, you will see my pretty face on TV, along with a formal complaint with the appropriate departments!
Brink Roofing inspected my roof and found no damage, but took time to explain a few areas of concern and even is storing the information for me in case I need the pictures/information in the future. They were very professional and I feel much better knowing that they inspected my roof. Even if your roof doesn’t have damage, it’s worth letting them take a look at your roof for free. Thanks Brink.
I was needing a new roof in the most severe way. Brinks Roofing came over and helped me get that new roof. They were fast, efficient and put on an absolutely beautiful roof in no time at all. The owner is one of the best people to work with. Friendly, polite and went above and beyond the normal expected to attain my roof for me. I would highly recommend them if you are needing a new roof.
We paid for our new roof in full. They subcontracted the installation and did not pay the subcontractors. The subcontractors have now placed a lien on our house. Brink Roofing doesn't seem to care about their clients. I will not ever recommend them.
