The crew was great, and really appreciated that there were two that spoke English. I'm quite a perfectionist , and feel that the outside caulking was not applied as well add the inside... looks to be a bit sloppy. I do love the energy efficiency of the windows and can already tell that in some of the rooms it is much cooler, and nothing has been put back up on the windows(blind, curtains). That's wonderful! All the people that have come to sell, set up, crew, &others on phone have been a joy to meet and work with...

Chris came to inspect the job as windows were being installed. Explained the install process again. Then Chris went over the financial end of the project and helped get us a better payment. This helped out so much we agreed to install an extra 4 windows to be added to this project. Overall it was a has been a very good experience. I can't wait to get the entire house completely done with new windows. Looking forward to energy efficient windows and energy savings.
