Great experience. Had my unit not working great wouldn't cool my house down at all. So we called Diaz service and I spoke to owner Manny Diaz had great knowledge of what was probably wrong with unit. Had a technician come out and he check my unit out. Sure enough it was part. That he told me about and in 2 days he was able to fix my unit and help me cool my house down. Love the service and would reccomend Diaz Services to anyone.

They responded quickly and were very professional. I definitely reccomend them. We heard about them thru a friend and I greatly appreciate it. They were able to identify the problem right away and get it fixed. We are very pleased with their service.

Worst customer service they haven’t fixed my issue after 3 visits also they take forever to come back and fix the issues which wasn’t fixed. Oh and customer service forget it one day they will tell you something next day is completely different. Stay away from this place. The issue wasn’t fixed and your staff said to contact my warranty company they sent a different company that took care of the issue. You guys wouldn’t even send the report to the warranty company. Techs won’t even take time to check unit.

Had this company turn on my cooler, they did exactly this without checking to see if maintenance is needed, like needing a water pump....as soon after they left, the cooler started leaking water like a river...stupid me for signing something in the young man's phone without seeing the document....nice gentleman but bad customer service...i felt like i just gave my money away....i will never ever call this company for service again. Now i have to pay someone else to come out to give service...Signed disatisfied customer

We live in Las Cruces and just purchased this house. The A/C was not cooling the house and ran constantly. I was told Joe would be here between 1pm and 3pm. He arrived at noon. He worked on the unit until 3:30 and told us the unit was not wired correctly and that he rewired it. He then said it was leaking coolant and he found the leak and fixed it. He let us know he had to come back the next morning to fill the coolant. Joe is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I feel fortunate that he was our service technician. I would reccomend Joe and Diaz Services.
