Under warranty not show up to fixed I sue him changed address but I am not give up to chase him up. Whoever hire him will be sorry.

Pete did a very thorough job regarding my roofing of my residence in Beaumont,Texas.Hurricane Harvey did a number on me and Pete took care of me. He is a straight shooter and a man of his word. Highly recommend Pete,he'll do a good job for you!

Well, it's been 9 months and only finished 1/2 of the job. Pete said doesn't have the $40K that I already paid him. Said when he gets another job, he will use their money to finish mine. Now I have to pay another roofer (his former boss) a additional $20K to fix and finish this job. We had spend over $200K with him in the past years. We will never use him again.

Had 5 commercial building done 5 years ago. One was not done properly and had to tear out and re-do. Promised 3" coating but delivered only 1/2" ~ 1 1/2". But charged me double. Will not return my call for over 2 months. Even when he said will come, doesn't show up. Still not finished with job. Not sure what to do. Although he is cheap, he will short you on material to make up the profit. Will update this post if can resolve this problem. Make sure only pay him 1/3 at a time per his contract or he will not come back. Warranty only applies to minor repairs - maybe at the most!
