My mom had $6500 roof put on for a leak on the back of her house. He promised to be here and make sure everything was done correctly. The leak wasn't fixed now the the walls in my bathroom are full of water! Come to find out the leak was never fixed and the 30 year roof was stripped off and replaced with a single tab 5 year roof.. for twice the cost my sister paid who had double the square footage.. Now they are blaming the a.c. unit drainage tube which is nowhere near the roof trusses. And the only reason the insurance approved the new roof in the first place is because of the leak in the roof. I wasn't here and my 65 year old mother and 90 year old grandmother were taken advantage of completely. Once the check was in the salesmans hand we never saw anyone but the workers. No one to date has gone in the attic to see the damage. I'm taking before and after pictures. And showing the damage. Extremely disappointed. People take advantage of the elderly even if their 5 star rated. Utterly ridiculous. Insurance has been notified and the BBB report has been started.
