Less then thrilled with this company. We had an appointment scheduled for Thursday at 4pm. Greg called my husband and said due to inspectors, he didn't think he could make it......he then proceeds to tell us he has another appt at 5pm and so he is canceling ours to make that one. Seriously??? Then promises to call Saturday morning to stop by....guess what, never heard a word. Steer clear. They clearly don't care about customer service.

We have yet received a vist after our downpayment was made in May, HOA approved this month. Greg promised to call last Sat and still hasn't called. Sent an email to the company 2 days ago to have a Manager or Owner call- Still no call.

NOVA Fence just installed a fence for me. Even though there was snow on the ground, they worked with the conditions and made sure that I was aware of the delays as well as remarking for utilities. My new privacy fence went up in one day and I could not be happier! I highly recommend these guys.

NOVA Build Pros does a great job from start to finish. Great customer service, easy to work with, and very conscientious about doing the job right. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
