I interviewed and researched several companies regarding installing a new roof on our home. I hired RPM Property Service due to their certification with Certainteed and the incredible warranty that certification brought with it. I could not be happier with the price, quality and most importantly communication. I was informed throughout the process and promptly provided my warranty information at the conclusion of the project. I am look forward to working with RPM Property Service in the future for my painting and siding project.

I would highly recommend this company if your looking for quality work and are still looking to save some money. They recently gave our house a full exterior remodel including all new siding, soffit, and fascia and it looks amazing. They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job cleaning up after the project was finished and still came in well under their competition. Here's an update. I just had RPM back to replace my windows and patio sliding door for me. I received a quote from a local competitor and RPM came back thousands of dollars cheaper. I don't know how they do it, but once again, I saved money and the quality of the windows/door was the exact same as was quoted by the competition. I was really impressed with the efficiency of the installation. 9 Windows and a sliding door and they had everything installed in 1 day. Thanks again RPM. I'll be calling you for my next project!

After i witnessed what a good job Troy and his crew did last summer on siding a neighbors house I decided to get a quote on siding my house. I had shopped other vendors ,(outrageous money), Troy's quote I could live with. Very fare and reasonably priced. After a rainy calendar the past few months they finally had a couple days with good weather to schedule me in. Did I mention that it only took 2 days! Troy's siding crew were fast, detail oriented, and very gifted at their trade. They worked two 8 hour days to finish my house. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. If you want quality work done at a reasonable price you owe it to yourself to check out RPM. *5 STARS ALL THE WAY*

I hired RPM painting to paint the inside of a home I just purchased. I called three other companies as well. The other companies claimed to be the biggest and best. Troy from RPM arrived for,the quote. He was very professional and detailed oriented. I received the quote the next day. The quote was not the cheapest but was in the middle. I hired RPM and could not have been happier. The painting crew was polite and did a phenomenal job! If you need any painting done or any of the other services RPM provides it is worth calling them.
