Called to get a free estimate and then received text messages at odd hours but booked in a time for them to see the house. When they were on site they gave me a cash price and one of two possible dates the following week the work could be completed. I didn’t prompt for a cash price. When the details were sorted they asked me to write a contract rather than having one available to be signed and I said I would have one done up which I did. They then returned over the weekend to confirm the shingles that they would be providing and as I tried to ensure they were going to complete all of the required work they begin to request more money because the job was ‘bigger’ although all items had originally been discussed. They then said I could do the roof myself I guess thinking that would convince me to pay them more but I asked them to leave. Would not deal with this company

Great roofers came to our home to give us the pricing. He is very honest. His pricing was Reasonable and workmanship is very neat. He and his workers did such a great job on our roof that our neighbors decided and used his company. That says alot. I will definitely recommend using panda Roofing. Thanks for the peace of mind.
