Thousands of pounds over-budget, with no prior consultation/agreement. Not in control of subcontractors. Left without finishing the job - despite being fully paid - and didn’t reply to emails or calls. In the end had to get other builders in to finish the job. And did exactly the same to a friend. Wouldn’t recommend under any circumstances.
