We had salesman from Newnham Court Fineline out to quote for a conservatory about 2 months ago. The guy seemed to know his stuff and was quite professional. Unfortunately some of the comments he made about the cost gave my wife and I the impression that he didn't think we could afford the concervatory and was trying to put us off. My wife was quite shocked by this. When he left he told us he would email us the quote and drawings etc. After about a week of no contact my wife contacted their office to check they had the right email. We haven't heard anything since. The whole experience has put us off buying a concervatory for the forseable future and will look to do something else with the garden instead.

I haven't even had an install from fine line but they constantly phone me and text me about the conservatory they have installed for me. NOT. I've had to block their phone numbers and now they have taken to messaging me on WhatsApp. They have obviously got the wrong number but insist they haven't. If they can't get a phone number right, would you trust them with your house !!!!!

Good quality conservatory. Fitted on time. Fineline's own fitting team. After sales service good ( relating to minor leak at wall junction….so building works,...not the conservatory)

From the initial meeting with the Sales representative through to after installation service the whole experience has been first class. I heartily recommend "Fineline" for a quality product and professional service.

We have just had our windows, door,fascias and porch all done by Fineline, the workmen were all absolutely brilliant so courteous making sure everything was left clean and tidy and all work was done with utmost proffesionalism. I am so pleased with the finished product and was all done within 7 weeks of ordering. Would highly recommend them
