After they re-scheduled at the 11th hour, nobody arrived the following week. When I chased up the business manager, my calls were screened and immediately sent to answerphone. I left a text and voice message explaining the situation and requested a call back, with no reply. They left me in the lurch - without the job done or an opportunity to re-arrange someone else and wasting annual leave. Terrible service, with rude & appalling non-communication. Don’t be fooled by their initial professionalism, this company will let you down, without explanation or courtesy when the job doesn’t suit them.

Came on time. Rushed job. Didn't finish parts other parts had to repaired by decorator. Ask them to come back they never bothered ended up losing £150 of client
