SFR Services took on the project of re-roofing my home in Ft Myers FL. Their salesman Eddie Hensley was a very knowledgeable young man, and continually followed up with me to procure the job for his company. Once SFR Services was enlisted to do they job they were able to obtain more funding to keep me from having to pay any more than my deductible, and allow them to do the job properly with the correct protection to my property. I give them a 5/5 and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

Great experience. Very professional. The sales person, Eddie, is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. He handled everything. My insurance company wanted to deny the claim, but SFR handled the claim and is getting me a new roof. I know if I had handled it the insurance company would have snowballed me. To date SFR has removed the old tile and dried in with underpayment. The experience has been very good. The roofing crew has been efficient and neat. The job they have done has been superior to the work I have seen done by other companies.

Will has been very professional and definitely responsive whenever we have needed anything. I highly recommend Will, he will walk you through the process and make it easy. We are so happy that we contracted with SFR Services!

Will is by far the best salesman I have experienced period! He is very knowledgeable in this industry and is on top of his stuff. SFR Services is the best roofing experience I have ever had. And I have dealt with many roofers before. They are magicians when it comes to dealing with the insurance carriers! My roof was originally denied for a full roof replacement and they we able to get it over turned. Finished product exceeded my expectations. Prior to contracting with SFR Services my wife and I had a roofing company inspect our roof and submit an insurance claim. An insurance adjuster met with me and inspected our roof subsequently submitting his findings which resulted in a declination. There was no follow up by this roofing contractor and I assumed this matter was a dead issue. I had the very fortunate opportunity to subsequently meet with Will Mynatt from SFR Services and everything changed. He immediately submitted a second claim, coordinated a meeting with the insurance adjuster, met with said insurance adjusted (which happened to be the same adjuster who did the roof inspection SURPRISE SURPRISE). Will assured me that if the new roof decision mirrors the first, SFR will submit all Will's findings to their Engineering Division and if need be, to their Legal Division. Again, the insurance company declined my request and all of our related roof information has been submitted the Engineering Division Will has proven to be an excellent salesman, who is very thorough and has made my wife and I very confident in his ability to get us a new roof. I assure you if we don't it won't be for a lack of effort on behalf of Will and SFR Services. My total gratitude to SFR Services and to Will.
