We have used Isaac and his team twice in the last two years for leaks due to poor new construction. Each time, the Panda team has been timely, professional and went above and beyond without adding to their original contract price. It is great to have someone you can trust who does a fantastic job. Thrilled to have my tile roof cleaned without harsh bleaching chemicals and treated with Roof-a-Cide for a two year warranty. We'll see how it does on the North side in 2021. I am hopeful and will report back then.

A company with integrity. Mr Perez estimated the roof damage told what we could do showed us what we should do and gave us fair honest pricing. Panda Roofing did not come back with the lowest price but certainly came back with photos showing what work needed to be done immediately and what work would need to be done in the future. The other 2 companies that bid were both actually higher in price when you compare apples to apples. Panda completed the repair quickly doing more than the estimate allowed for and did not change the estimated price. Honest well run company and would highly recommend. Look at quality not so much price. Thank you again Panda.
