I've been buying from beacon/Allied for several years. Great company who does what they can to treat their customers right. Jennifer is the best and always puts customer service as a top priority. I've purchased from several suppliers in the atlanta area over my 15 years in business and hands down they have gone above and beyond to earn my business. If you're looking for a good convenient supplier for everything roofing, then you need to call Allied.

Very clean and professional appearance. But the 2 ladies where not helpful and gave the impression that they did not care to be helpful. When I approached the counter the lady assumed I was there to pick up an order instead of properly greeting. I have never meet this person and she say " You here to pick up an order?" I say no I would like to purchase some materials. Then she did not apologize but says " Whats your company? " Customer service is greeting, assisting, and doing it with a pleseant attitude. The lady behind the counter seamed pre accupied with orders. I asked both of them if they had pre made Kick out flashing. They looked at me if I had asked them for moon rock. Also they had a radio station playing music playing with reference to Sex, Drugs and Crime. The loader in the back stopped what he was doing and assisted me quickly. The place looked clean and well run. To bad the ladies in the front don't have good csutomer service.
