Delivered materials to my front yard instead of on the roof. Was told that there would be another truck to deliver to roof out later. When I called the number that was provided by google. No one answered. I had to drive in and speak with the dispatcher who said there was no other truck and he asked who would tell me that. I told him that his driver said that. There was no money refunded to me for not delivering product to the roof. I am hoping that all of my materials aren't stolen out of the front yard before the roofing can get completed. Really not thrilled with the experience. Less than helpful. No customer service should be expected.
